KUALA LUMPUR: Three men are to be charged on Tuesday with the kidnapping of 12-year-old Nayati Shamelin Moodliar who was abducted while walking to school on Apr 27.
The charge comes under Section 3(1) of the Kidnapping Act 1961 for abduction, wrongful restraint or wrongful confinement for ransom which carries the death or life imprisonment upon conviction.
