PORT KLANG: There is no performance-based criteria for teachers to be promoted in the recently announced time-based promotion which will affect teachers who are degree and diploma holders.
Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said as long as a teacher went to school, performed his duties and completed the number of years stipulated, he would be entitled for the promotion.
