KUALA TERENGGANU: To encourage people to eat freshwater fish, a Terengganu Fisheries Department officer prepared an ikan baung dish served inside a durian husk.
Officer Anis Mazidah Abdul Wahab, 36, came up with the idea of serving lemak cili api tempoyak in a durian instead of a plate in conjunction with an ongoing campaign.
