TANJUNG MALIM: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has been conferred an honorary doctorate in Early Childhood Education by Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
The Prime Minister's wife was conferred the honorary doctorate during a special session of the university's 14th convocation ceremony.
