PETALING JAYA: It is time the police and the Home Ministry paid serious attention to all inquiry findings on the police use of excessive force, says the Association for the Promotion of Human Rights.
In a statement Proham said inquiry reports by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) on five rallies since 2000 had not been taken seriously as the violations kept recurring.
