JOHOR BARU: An ornamental fish shop owner and his female assistant have been arrested for having 31.57kg of processed ganja at a shophouse in Ulu Tiram near here.
The 37-year old man and the assistant, aged 26, were nabbed in Taman Murni at about 2am last Thursday by the Johor Narcotics Crime Investigation Department team.
