KOTA KINABALU: A 50-year-old farmer took advantage of his neighbour's absence from home by raping her mentally-challenged granddaughter in Kota Marudu, Sabah.
The suspect had been eyeing the 34-year-old woman and decided to strike when he saw the grandmother, in her 60s, leave the house.
