PUTRAJAYA: Corruption is best dealt with using home-grown solutions dealing with the many nuances of a country, said a visiting United States federal judge.
Frank Montalvo, who had been on the federal bench for nearly a decade, said that while the basic offences and methods were the same, every country had its own unique issues, such as economic make-up, that required equally unique solutions.
