KUALA LUMPUR: A student allegedly involved in the Occupy Dataran movement has been charged in a magistrate’s court here with obstructing an enforcement officer from discharging his duty.
Omar Azmi, a final-year Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health course student at a private college in Ulu Klang here, pleaded not guilty to deliberately obstructing Kuala Lumpur City Hall enforcement officer Masran Mamat, 34, from discharging his duties in detaining and escorting Fahmi Reza Zarin, 35.
