KOTA KINABALU: A two-pronged approach is being taken to overcome non-payment of medical bills by illegal immigrants at government hospitals in Sabah.
Deputy Health Minister Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin said in a bid to recover the debts, foreigners would be required to pay a deposit on the outstanding amount and finance the balance by paying instalments.
