KUALA LUMPUR: A printing and publishing licence is valid so long as it is not revoked under an amendment Bill tabled in the Dewan Rakyat for first reading.
The Printing Presses and Publications Bill (Amendment) 2012 also stipulates that any decision of the Home Minister to revoke or suspend the licence or permit may be subjected to judicial review and changed in court.
