SHAH ALAM: A 14-year-old who witnessed her younger sister being run over by a schoolbus five years ago was awarded RM200,000 by the High Court for trauma and severe mental shock.
Choong Woon Yi’s mother Tan Peck Hooi, 44, who joined her in the suit against the bus driver, bus owner, school principal and the Government, was also awarded RM200,000 for the same reasons.
