KUALA LUMPUR: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) has commended the repeal of the Internal Security Act (ISA) but welcomed its replacement the Security Offences (Special Measures) Bill with caution.
Suhakam chairman Tan Sri Hasmy Agam said the commission had concerns over several clauses in the Bill that needed to be addressed.
