KUALA LUMPUR: Two moderate earthquakes hit Sumatra and Sulawesi, Indonesia early Tuesday.
The first measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale hit an area off the west coast of northern Sumatra at 12.05am, said the Malaysian Meteorological Department in a statement here.
