PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court on Monday upheld the one-year jail sentence on former imam Hoslan Husin who was found guilty of contempt of court for throwing his shoe at a Federal Court bench.
A five-man panel chaired by Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Tan Sri Richard Malanjum unanimously dismissed his application to review the decision of the Federal Court's previous panel which found him guilty and sentenced him to a year's jail.
