KAMPAR: The situation in flood-stricken areas in Kampar has improved with more evacuees returning home, leaving only 364 people at relief centres this morning compared to 1,225 on Friday afternoon.
Kampar police chief Supt Abdul Aziz Salleh said 329 victims from 104 families were still sheltered at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kampar while the remaining 35 victims from nine families took refuge at the Pulau Bergading Hall.
