KUALA LUMPUR: The tabling of the Bill that seeks to repeal the Internal Security Act (ISA) 1960 is proof that the Government's transformation programmes are not mere talk, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.
He said the tabling of the Security Offences (Special Measures) Bill 2012 had followed the announcement made by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak that outdated laws would be done away with.
