AN Independent MP has urged the Finance Ministry to investigate the appointment of PlaneConsult, as a consultant to Malaysia Airlines.
Wee Choo Keong (Independent Wangsa Maju) said PlaneConsult was not a suitable consultant for a premier airline like MAS because it was mainly consulted by low-cost airlines.
Wee added that the total consultancy fees currently amounted to 682,423 (RM2.8mil).
