Parliament sitting extended

KUALA LUMPUR: Parliament's sitting will be extended for an additional four days to allow for the completion of the tabling of bills.

Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia said Tuesday the extension also followed the installation ceremony of the country's 14th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, at Istana Negara on April 11.
