TEMERLOH: The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has allocated RM5bil in loans for students pursuing their tertiary education this year.
Its chairman, Datuk Ismail Mohamed Said, said the allocation was part of the government's agendas to empower national education.
