Foreigners will need to get study visa first

FOREIGNERS seeking to study in Malaysia will soon have to apply for study visas before entering the country.

Deputy Home Minister Datuk Wira Abu Seman Yusof said this was to curb crimes by foreigners claiming to be students at institutions of higher learning in the country.
