JOHOR BARU: The sister of an 18-month-old boy who was trapped under the family car blames herself for the incident, although her parents have repeatedly told her that they accept it as a freak accident.
Nur Izaati Nafisah Mohd Abdul Hakim, 14, has kept vigil at the hospital for the past two days to look after her brother Mohd Ilman Saddiq.
