Felda settlers injunction decision deferred to Apr 2

KUANTAN: The Kuantan High Court on Thursday deferred to April 2 the delivery of its decision on an injunction application filed by eight Felda settlers to prevent Koperasi Permodalan Felda (KPF) from disposing of its equity in Felda Holdings Berhad (FHB) to Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (FGVH).

Lawyer Mohd Haris Abdullah, who is representing the eight, said the postponement was to allow the court to evaluate in depth the merits of the case.
