KUALA LUMPUR: The cost of earth works at the KLIA2 new low-cost terminal at KL International Airport West or KLIA West is RM773.38mil, the Dewan Rakyat was told Wednesday.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said the cost of construction of the new control tower at KLIA2 was RM40.95mil.
He disclosed this information in a written reply to Tony Pua Kiam Wee (DAP-Petaling Jaya Utara) who had wanted to know why the site of KLIA2 was shifted from KLIA North to KLIA West as well as the cost of earth works and the cost of construction of the new control tower at KLIA2.
