PUTRAJAYA: Foreign cruise ships are now allowed to operate from and between any port or place in the country without the need for a Domestic Shipping Licence.
The Transport Ministry, in a statement Tuesday, said the relaxation of the rules, however, did not include the operation of cruises to nowhere.
