KUALA LUMPUR: A scoutmaster was charged in a magistrate's court here Friday with two counts of molesting 13 and 14-year-old students under his care.
Ho Lee Fong, 44, claimed trial to molesting the two students in a room, Sunway SPK Damansara here early June, last year.
The offence under Section 354 of the Penal Code is punishable by up to 10 years' prison or a fine or whipping.
DPP Siti Aisyah Ahmad prosecuted while counsel Maurice Scully acted for Ho.
Magistrate Azmil Muntapha Abas granted bail at RM4,000 for each charge and fixed Apr 19 for mention.
On March 1, Ho also pleaded not guilty in a Petaling Jaya magistrate's court for outraging the modesty of eight students under his care.
