BANGI: The Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism will introduce discount cards for students at all institutions of higher learning (IPTS) before June this year.
Its minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the discount card was aimed at lightening the burden of students as a result of the hike in the prices of goods.
