A WOMAN accidentally threw a plastic bag containing a fruit knife at her four-year-old grandson causing serious injuries to his head, reported Kwong Wah Yit Poh.
The Monday incident happened in Chongqing, China, when Lin Lin, who was cared for by his grandmother, was reported to have ignored her advice against playing on the floor.
