KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah will open the first meeting of the fifth term of Parliament on Monday.
It will be his first opening of the Parliament sitting since being appointed the 14th Yang di-Pertuan Agong in December.
