Court sets March 5 to decide on Govt’s application in Tajudin case


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here will decide on March 5 an application by the Government to strike out a counter-claim against it by former Malaysia Airlines (MAS) executive chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli and two others for breach of fiduciary duty.

Justice Rosilah Yop fixed the date after meeting Senior Federal Counsel Nadia Hanim Mohd Tajuddin, who acted for the Govern­ment, and counsel Lim Kian Leong, for Tajudin, yesterday.
