KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia can handle more maritime arbitration cases now that a stronger legal framework is in place, said Chief Justice Tan Sri Arifin Zakaria.
He said improvements included the setting up of an Admiralty Court, the amended Arbitration Act and revised Fast Track Rules by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitra-tion (KLRCA).
