MALACCA: Perkasa wants the Election Commission (EC) to stop making excuses for not going all-out to get an estimated 3.7 million eligible Malaysians to register as voters.
Its president Datuk Ibrahim Ali said the majority of non-voters were young and suggested that the EC open permanent registration counters at all universities and institutions of higher learning.
