GEORGE TOWN: The High Court here has fixed March 23 to decide on a suit filed by four ratepayers who have challenged the validity of the subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (sPICE) project’s agreement.
Counsel M. Thayalan, who is representing the plaintiffs, said the court informed him yesterday that Justice Varghese George Varughese would make the decision on March 23.
