GEORGE TOWN: The Road Transport Department (RTD) will compel all used car dealers to adopt the temporary e-transfer of ownership system to solve all issues concerning the transfer of vehicle ownership.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said the system initiated by the Malaysian Used Car Dealer Association to protect the interests of the consumers.
