Malaysian police on high alert for Bangkok bomber


KUALA LUMPUR: Federal police are on high alert for an Iranian linked to a failed attempt in Bangkok to assassinate Israeli diplomats, and who is believed to have slipped into Malaysia.

Bukit Aman public relations officer ACP Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf said police, in collaboration with Interpol, were monitoring the case after a series of explosions occurred in Bangkok Tuesday evening.
