GENTING HIGHLANDS: Selangor takes the lion's share of dengue cases nationwide with 1,271 out of 2,854 cases reported in the state from January this year, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said this figure comprised almost 50% of total reported cases so far and urged the public to voluntarily do its part in eradicating the spread of the Aedes mosquito, which was associated with crowded townships and housing areas.
