Fugitive Malaysian to face Indonesian laws, says Deputy IGP


KUALA LUMPUR: There are no plans to extradite a Malaysian, currently under Indonesian police custody, to facilitate investigations in connection with the leaked semi-nude photographs of Selangor exco member Elizabeth Wong.

Deputy IGP Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar noted that Hilmi Hazimin Malek, 37, needed to first face a charge under Indonesia's immigration laws.
