KOTA KINABALU: The state Health Department is investigating a claim by a man that his son's death was due to negligence.
Sabah health director Dr Yusof Ibrahim said the department was unaware of the incident as no formal complaint was lodged by the family of 15-year-old Chun Wei Juen.
