GEORGE TOWN: Former state Immigration Department director Abdul Rahman Harun (pic) was ordered by the Sessions Court here Wednesday to enter his defence on a charge of possessing assets in excess of his emoluments.
Judge Sitarun Nisa Abdul Aziz said the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against Abdul Rahman, who is now the principal assistant director of the Home Ministry's National Key Results Area (NKRA) unit, and fixed March 19-21 for accused to enter his defence.
