KUALA LUMPUR: Former Pos Malaysia Bhd (PMB) non-executive chairman Tan Sri Adam Kadir has withdrawn all outstanding legal action against Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah) managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and the government-linked company.
He said the decision was in compliance with the terms of a mediation conducted by a Kuala Lumpur High Court on Aug 18 and Aug 23 last year.
