KUALA LUMPUR: The Joint Teachers Unions Committee has drawn up a framework for a scheme to replace the Public Service New Remuneration Scheme (SBPA), its chairman Jemale Paiman said.
“Hopefully, this will relieve teachers’ grievances caused by the SBPA,” he said.
