KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic was reported to he heavy and slow on the North-South Expressway (Plus) heading to Kuala Lumpur.
At 4.30pm, traffic from Seremban to Nilai was reported to be congested. The road from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to Kajang was at a crawl due to a heavy downpour.
