BUTTERWORTH: A 40-year-old man from India was caught smuggling in RM100,000 worth of drugs, said to be ketamine, at the Penang International Airport in Bayan Lepas here.
State Customs and Excise Department director Datuk Zulkifli Yahya said his officers became suspicious of the man’s luggage while screening it.
