PETALING JAYA: Express bus companies can apply with the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) for licences to add extra buses during the Chinese New Year period.
SPAD said applications for the “Temporary Variation Licence” is open until Jan 16, and it will grant bus companies temporary licences to use extra buses from Jan 16 to 31.
