KUALA LUMPUR: Private companies with a large workforce are encouraged to set up childcare centres voluntarily before the Government compels them to do so, said Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.
She said the Government had given many incentives for the private sector to set up childcare centres at the workplace but the response had been poor.
