AFTER months of planning for an annual engineering project, Universiti Tenaga Nasional (Uniten) students made sure their effort would make it into the Malaysia Book of Records.

1 Yong seating in front of his colourful images entitled, ‘Love Wins.2 From the The Vanilla Sky series, which contrasts fashion designer Chia’s 2010 and 2015 collections.3 The ‘We Pee Why Pee’ is a cheeky and creative collaborative piece between Yong and local spray can stars Cloakwork and NesTwo, which camouflages the artists into their mural.4 ‘Skin We Live In’ displays applied strips of dried acrylic paint onto a model’s face, as photographed by Yong.5 Another work from the ‘Skin We Live In’ series, showcasing a rich texture of canvass surface with dried acrylic paint strips.6 A piece from Yong’s illustrative career featuring ‘40 Years of Polo’, commissioned by Volkswagen.
