The Toyota Alphard was stopped by the Kuala Lumpur Traffic Police at Jalan Sultan Abdul Halim on Nov 1. Police had used a software, EMMS Motocad, to try to identify the number plate but found that it did not exist in the Road Transport Department (JPJ) system. “We arrested the Tan Sri’s personal driver, who is in his 40s, for the offence of using a fake registration number,” said KL traffic police chief Asst Comm Mohd Nadzri Hussain.

Actress and model Zarina Anjoulie Mohamad Fahizul, 29, was fined RM5,000 by the Petaling Jaya majistrate's court on Nov 5 after she pleaded guilty to a drug charge. She was tested positive for methamphetamine at the Narcotics office of the Damansara police station at 8.10pm on Dec 30, 2012. Magistrate Mohd Nazri Omran also ordered the accused to be under the supervision of the National Anti-Drug Agency for three years.
