> Toddler dies after motorcycle footpeg goes through forehead
A two-year-old boy died after a motorcycle he was playing with suddenly fell and the vehicle’s  footpeg went through his forehead. The victim, Muhammad Aidil Aqasha Azhar, was playing in the front porch of his house at Felda Pasir Besar in Negeri Sembilan with his four-year-old brother when the motorcycle fell on him. It is believed that the brothers had tried to climb on the motorcycle, causing the vehicle to fall on both of them. The elder brother sustained a broken arm while the younger one was unfortunately killed.

> White crocodiles spotted in Alor Gajah
Two white crocodiles were apparently spotted along a riverbank in Kampung Sungai Jernih in Alor Gajah. Rubber tapper Zulkifli Md Yunus, 51, said he and his friend saw the three metre-long reptiles resting by river. "The distance between the crocodiles and I was only 15m and it was an intimidating sight," he said. He said the crocodiles seen near the village are usually dark in colour and he felt lucky to have been able to spot the two white ones.
