A one-year-old baby passed away on Sunday after drowning in a bucket of water in the toilet of his home at Jalan Sungai Dua in Gelugor, Penang. According to Timur Laut district police, the accident happened at 10am when the mother had brought her child with her into the toilet to pass motion.
