Disabled woman dies after falling into well

A 36-year-old disabled woman died after she fell into a 9m-deep well while taking a bath at her home in Ketereh, Kota Baru, Monday morning. The Fire and Rescue Department received a distress call at 5.25am from the victim's family and sent a team of eight to the scene. However, the victim was found lifeless at the bottom of the well. "The victim haf already stopped breathing when she was hauled up," said Mohd Rafain Mat Zain, who led the rescue mission.
